"Would strongly recommend using Physiotherapy Centre Bendigo, particularly Alex Galea and Braeden Deary. They are both very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Did a great job for me personally and will recommend them to anyone looking for a Physio in the future."
"Saw Loryn for a climbing injury recently, 2 sessions and I was back to doing what I love! Treated with dry needling, cupping and massage. Really helpful after care tips. Highly recommend."
"I went to Physiotherapy centre Bendigo for treatment after a car accident. When I contacted them, the reception kindly let me know that they can directly claim TAC and I do not have to pay for the treatment, for 30 min treatment. I was very pleased to receive physiotherapy treatments from Loryn and was excited to get better. Initial consultation lasted almost 30 minutes including the time that she had to write reports in front of me, but the second treatment was about 20 minutes. I just thought that it was what it is, and didn’t say anything as I did not want to complain. However, for my third treatment with Danica, it actually lasted about 30 minutes, and I was happy with the treatment that I received from Danica. I wanted to see Danica again but due to her schedule, I had to see Loryn again. After my fourth treatment with Loryn which lasted less than 20 minutes, I asked the reception, how long my appointment is actually for, and I was told that it should be for 30 minutes. The reception talked to Loryn and Loryn called me back to her room. She seemed upset throughout the conversation when I remained calm. I was not being rude to Loryn nor to the reception staff, and I cannot figure out why she would be upset. She reacted as if I asked something ridiculous and I found it unprofessional of her. She explained that my neck is very sensitive so she does not want to make my symptoms worse, and that is why she only does it in 20 minutes. She said that I can ‘sit down and have a chat’ for the rest of the time, but she felt that it was not necessary. She also suggested to me that if I want, I can have the physio sessions less often if it is too much for me (which was the exact opposite of what I was asking). She asked me what my problem is, and I said that TAC pays for 30 minutes when I am actually getting 20-minute treatment. She then said that TAC actually pays for only 20 minutes. So I called TAC to check, they replied that they are paying for 30 minutes treatments and Loryn is actually charging more than usual physiotherapy, under early intervention rate. TAC said that it is not fair and I should be able to receive the treatment for 30 minutes. I would not have written this review (I don’t usually write reviews) if I felt that she was making efforts in treating me. It was not just the shortness of time, but more about the quality of care. Throughout the last 3 appointments with Loryn, I always felt like she wanted to finish early; it just felt unwelcoming. I am not sure if that is her way of practice or she was having a bad day with me three days in a row, but I wouldn't recommend her to my friends or family. While I believe that it is more about the quality than quantity, it is unfortunate that both quality and quantity are not met in the treatments that I received from Loryn at Physiotherapy Centre Bendigo. However, I do not believe that my experience reflects the whole service that PCB offers, as other staff at PCB were professional including my other physiotherapist, Danica, and I would love to see her again."
"As far as I can tell Jane B is a miracle worker. I've had fairly chronic back problems over a long time which culminated in something like a herniated disc last year and excruciating (8 nurofen a day) pain. Jane has got me back and track, the body and back is feeling strong again, and I'm back playing sport socially this year, working at the desk etc, and no problems."
