Reviews
"I had previously given this GP a 5 star review, but I've finally come to see her for what she is... rude and ignorant and not the Dr I thought she was. She changed my medication and I contacted her for assistance due to numerous side effects. She laughed at me and said I didn't know what i was talking about. I told her the chemist gave me the info sheet about it and I was suffering from 6 out of 11 side effects. She told me that was rubbish and that she was the Dr and I had to listen to her. I sought advice from my pharmacist who said it was safe to stop it. I stopped the medication and the issues I had suffered with for 6 weeks stopped within a couple of days!! Funny that. She also hadn't listened to other issues I'd had recently and dismissed me in tears!!!! Needless to say I don't intend to go back and have found a new GP!!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I was yelled at for not wearing a mask despite me explaining several times I had an exemption for a number of reasons. I was told to never come back without a mask, she wouldn’t listen to me trying to explain why I had an exemption. I came to see her for personal reasons but she would only see me in the corridor where everyone in the waiting room could hear me, I felt very uncomfortable and poorly looked after. Definitely do not recommend."
"Avoid this place, it isn’t worth it, unless you’d just like your temperature taken or to be pushed and smacked by the unprofessional doctor who early gave my newborn an expired vaccine. Appalling. I will be taking the many physical pushes and smacks on the hands I received whilst trying to touch my own baby further legally."
"Completely incompatant doctor. I've had horrible neck and ear problems for over 3 months and in that time iv seen her 4 times. All she has done is give me antibiotics for something that is clearly not an infection. And she is to scared to even look at me she takes your temperature and that's it. So of course she will never find the problem because she won't look. I had to force her to check my throat and she stood a metre away so she couldn't see anyway. And one of my tonsils is 4 times the size of the other and very painful but she said that's normal. DO NOT GO HERE"
"Went here to see a GP about mental health, left feeling more suicidal than when I arrived. Was told to wait OUTSIDE the surgery in a corridor instead of in the empty waiting room for 20 minutes past my appointment time, was then told to stand in the corridor and fill out my own mental health plan (this is a form gp is meant to fill in, NOT the patient) when I said I was illiterate and couldn't fill it in, was told GP wouldn't see me, I wasn't welcome here, and to go somewhere else. Avoid this discriminative clinic at all costs."
