"Had my daughters birthday party here! They were so easy to deal with and flexible with my changing numbers the week leading up. The day of the party they made me aware of all the processes, the room was clean and set up and at any stage we needed anything, it was done within minutes! The kids had a blast and everyone went home happy! Thanks to all the staff for making it easy and successful!"
"I recently came here and it was not what I expected at all. Firstly, I saw only 2 staff walk around and supervise the kids for only one minute! Secondly, there was no good quality equipment. I saw a ripped giant tennis ball in the dodgeball area and 1 bouncy ball at the basketball hoops. Imagine getting hit by a hard tennis ball in the dodgeball area? That would hurt. Third, the foam cubes that you jump into were ripped and written on. Kids had been writing on them and ripping out chunks from them and the staff weren't doing anything about it. Fourth is that kids were lounging in the foam while others were trying to jump in and workers weren't telling them to move which is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend bringing yourself/ children to Jumpz. Posted by 11 yr old"
"Had a great time and the staff was lovely but... Ok, I'm gonna say it how it is... There was only one girl working to run the whole gig! Reception, cafe, cleaning, toilets etc!!! The owners need to take action here, this is really not good!! The poor girl!! We paid full price for the use of the children's area however, it wasn't clean and all the mechanical equipment is broken and doesn't work!!! Why are we paying full price? There are also some dangerous areas where kids can injure themselves. The tables were dirty, though this is probably because the girl had no time to get round to cleaning after each session. The toilets had urine all over the floor!! The girl cleaned it up while we were there but was unavailable for other things. The air-conditioning wasn't on, it gets hot in there!! The coffee shop was only 'cold drinks only' again, because there wasn't any staff. There is no way any of this equipment could be sterilised multiple times a day! The place is filthy!!! And we are in COVID times!! The owners really need to get real with the situation and take action!!"
