"I actually saved a lot of money by visiting Baby Bunting in Waurn Ponds. I moved $6,000 from my savings into my spending bank account and went in with a shopping list of things as long as my arm as out baby is due in two weeks and we don't have much. The first thing I asked advice for was a baby capsule that would fit our Thule urban glide 2 stroller. The two members of staff weren't interested in helping and were just RUDE. I asked if I could bring the stroller into the shop to see which models fit and I was told: "NO. You'll have to go in the internet and look and find out what will fit." I was instantly deflated as I wanted their "Expert" advice. I told them they make a universal and a maxi cosy adapter. Again I was told to go look on the internet. I was actually there to buy a capsule, a car seat, a changing table, one of the bouncer seat things a smaller stroller than the running model we had for going around the shops, Nappy bag, high chair, lots of clothes, a few teddies, a mobile, baby monitors, diaper genie, bottles and bottle cleaning system. Well I went home and discovered I could rent the a Maxi Cosi capsule for$199 direct from Maxi Cosi for 6 Months which is perfect as the baby uses it from 0-6mth then it goes in a car seat. To think I was trying to Buy The Maxi Cosi for $529 from Baby Bunting. Today I bought the HD baby monitor and saved $90 for the same model I saved $140 on the same Car Seat which we can use 0-4yo. I'm sure I am going to make lots of savings on the rest of my list. I short. the store is very well stocked, Way Overpriced and with rude disinterested staff. I found much better prices and service from other shops located in the Melbourne. This is a shame because we are about 2Km from this branch."

"Each and every team member I have met there have been lovely. They always try their best to help you and if they cannot answer your question they find someone who can. They give you their honest option on products based on theirs and costumers experiences, which is extremely helpful. The excellent team has to be attributed to their lovely manger. She sorted out a cat seat issue for us which was the manufacturers issue. She went above and beyond organising for it to be profprofessionally fitted for us. Her genuine kindness and desire for a good customer experience was apparent and certainly comes through in the team she leads."
