"I had shown the guy there what nails i was wanting but as he did it, he just look like he didnt know what to do fully and just made them uneven, shaped badly and just did a terrible job on my nails and don't fully recommend it honesty but never again."

"- Came on a Friday at midday, luckily I was able to get served almost straight away. - Had a pedicure done. | The options were displayed in a booklet which I thought was nice and different. - Had gel nails done. The pedicure itself was a bit basic compared to others I’ve had and didn’t really feel like my nails were getting cleaned/reshaped. She used the buffer tool which cut my skin a bit, it’s been stinging for a couple of days now. - Massage was good though I had a cut on my leg that I don’t think the technician noticed so that hurt a bit. - My mom also got SNS done. Disappointingly her service took longer as the technician kept stopping and doing other things/serving others. - My mom’s nails also didn’t have much done to them, more so the buffing tool and filing to shape her nail then placing the SNS on. Mom asked the technician if she was done as her nail buds/fingers still had skin strands (Sorry don’t know how to describe), the technician advised “oh you want a manicure?”
So to clarify, for this location you will need to ask for a manicure on top of the SNS service. - The staff were nice but If I wanted to feel clean with a mani or pedi, I probably wouldn’t come back. When I say clean I mean, I’m referring to quality / state of the skin around the nail."

"Perfect even shape on both hands, she helped me pick a gorgeous colour for my nails that I’ve never tried before and I’ve never been so pleased, she took her time making sure they were smoothie and well rounded. Having kind conversation with the lovely people who work there, im very happy with my experience :))"

"Absolutely awful experience here today. A lady with long dark hair with pink colour through it served me. She was extremely rude and did not speak for the entire service. On top of this the job she did on my acrylics was atrocious, extremely rough and painful application. The lengths are all different, the shape is awful and different on each nail and they are sticking up into the air. Would never go back here and recommended you don’t either. Absolutely appalled and for $65 I couldn’t believe the terrible job they did. On top of this eftpos machine was “out of order” and asked me to PAYID the nails? Extremely unprofessional and seems a bit dodgey in my opinion."

"I am considering soaking and removing my new acrylic set because they are so bad that I’m embarrassed to have them on. I voiced my concerns while they were still doing my nails but they just kept making excuses. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they said it’d be easy, “no worries”. Half way through painting I was told my nails would cost $75 instead of $60 (as per the price list). “Okay” I said. They were clearly rushing, trying to get the next customer in. I noticed my nails weren’t looking very good so I asked if they could fix them. They looked annoyed when I asked and pretended not to see the mistakes I was seeing. They said my nails look like this (bulky & crooked) because the pattern I chose has layered nail polish. They said they could do it so I don’t understand why they look so bad. I was sick of arguing so I paid and left feeling very disappointed and ripped off. What a waste of money."
