"Got a leg wax by Rhi, came out and had a look only to find that my legs still had quite a bit of hair still, not just in patches either but all over my legs. We organised to rectify the matter and upon my second return, I was told nothing could be done and not to shave, leave it, and come back in 3 weeks... instead of... ya'know... fixing it! Had to come home and fix it myself. Not happy, would not recommend and will not be going back."
