"Disappointed that I booked an online appointment a week in advance with photos and a description of what I was hoping to achieve, had my appointment confirmed, and 2 days prior to the appointment I received a phone call saying that the appointment that I had booked wouldn't be the correct method to achieve the result and there wouldn't be enough time- I'd have to reschedule for another day as there was no time available on the selected date. I understand, but I wish I had been contacted earlier... I appreciate that when booking online is an option, a customer chooses their appointment and the appointment chosen may be incorrect and this is at the fault of the customer. However, at the time of making the booking, there were quite a few appointments available and if staff had taken notice of the booking (photos/description) when the appointment was confirmed and the deposit taken, then I could have and would have booked a longer appointment. It is just frustrating when you've booked in advance and were hoping to have your hair done for a special occasion and now struggle to find another appointment on the same date as the initial booking due to short notice. I had previously given a 5-star review, I just think that if you're going to provide an online booking service where customers can write a description, add photos, and pay a deposit for the appointment; you need to be more onto it so that when the appointment is confirmed the appointment is correct, and both the client and salon don't lose their appointment. I've been to Hair House previously and absolutely loved the results I got with Sara."
"The staff at Hair House boutique are welcoming and friendly. The products they use make my hair feel amazing. My current goal was to try blend in my grey hair, and Danica has been using foils to do this over many appointments. I am very happy with the results and it has made my hair easier to maintain.
