"Beware of the manager at this store, his name is Liam and can sell you lies. I bought a centrury battery in March 2022 (30 months warranty). Sunday 13/8/2023 I took my car to supercheap kangaroo flat as my battery was leaking acid. This guy came out with a attitude that everything is normal and nothing to worry about. Battery test came failed ,however, instead of replacing the battery he sold me the story to go to century batteries directly or leave the battery with him for 2 days. A bit shocking for me to hear that how could I leave my battery here and go back to Melbourne when the battery test itself came as FAILED. I called him again and asks for explanation that why can't you replace the battery because what if my my alternator fail or something. He sold me the same story and said this is the standard procedure. On Wednesday 16th my car didn't start, took it to preston shop and they tested came fail again. They replaced the battery and got surprised why kangaroo flat didn't change it in first place. Manager name is Liam with long hair. Worst experience."
