"The Food was nice and fresh but the counter service was lacking. They just didn’t seem to be interested in taking my order at the counter instead of the self ordering machines which are no good if your paying with cash."
"I've never had issues with ordering from this store before but this time, it was different. I ordered a large ultimate double whopper meal with a large hot chocolate from this store via Doordash. While I can't blame the store for it being cold on arrival, I do blame both the store and the delivery driver for not making sure my order was correct. Instead of getting a hot chocolate, I got a coke, which I had to tip down the sink because I can't drink soft drink. I think I will just jump in my car and go through the drive thru from now on, so I can make sure they get my order right."
"A bit disappointing. The cashier didn't offer me a receipt at the drive through window. Food was very slow, there where 4 staff just standing around chatting on the serving side, waiting for food to be cooked, while it looked like only 2 people (from what I could see) out the back actually cooking. Then, I got home to find all the meals where up-sized without me knowing about it, and without a receipt, I didn't notice till I got home and checked my bank account, I had indeed been charged for up-sizing I never asked for. BEWARE of this practice (up sizing meals and charging for it, without permission), I will be watching if I ever go there again. Otherwise, food was great :)"
"Fast customer service. Me and my family ordered an ''angry'' whopper and a normal whopper, onion rings, chips and a ''burstie''. My little sister saw a bit of mold and bugs in the playplace though. They ended up giving the food in just 3 minutes! How quick! The staff were very friendly and the food was very clean. 5 stars here!"
