"The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The food was delicious (i just wish there was more of it)! Drinks were perfect, never had a better chai latte. And couldn't leave without grabbing some baked goodies which were delicious!"
"I ordered a hot chocolate and a ham and cheese toasty was charged $19.50 the hot chocolate was very nice but the ham and cheese toasty when I opened it had tomato and relish not what I ordered I went back and the bloke at the counter said we do things a bit different here. He did say he would rectify it when I received the new toasty it was like pulled pork and cheese not my thing so I was disappointed others may enjoy it. My advice is if you see someone who is not a regular maybe explain to them how you do things and by the way I can get a ham and cheese toasty and a large hot chocolate in Melbourne which tastes great for $11"

"Having not seen each other in some time, a group of us caught up for a meal at the Spring Gully General Store. We had booked a table for Brunch and we were seated promptly. Coffee orders were taken as we waited for one of our party to arrive. We told our original server this, as we wanted to order our meals at the same time and together. There is a fine line between good service and over enthusiastic service; we were asked if we were ready to order several times by several different servers in a very short space of time, even though we were still waiting on a friend to attend. This got a bit embarrassing and we were starting to feel pressured to order. All of us finally together, we ordered, meals were ok coffee good, but my Eggs benedict with smoke salmon was cold. The venue was great, atmosphere was good, dining available inside and out. Overall we did feel pressured to order when we weren’t ready, which really took the shine off our experience."
