"This stores food is great but the owner seems to get mad at the smallest of things. I called once she left my place to discuss and was hang up on. I have no problem with the disagreement as people have a right to disagree thou to keep do it not good enough. Anyway I'll happily move on and give another chance but please be understanding even if you don't agree."
"I travel across town for my flake and chips from here!!! The flake is always thick and juicy and the chips are delicious! The minimum chips is enough for 2 people. Recently they have been training up some young staff…. But sadly they are not yet up to the task of excellent service- hoping that will come with time."
"Up there as one of the worst fish and chip shops in Ballarat. Cleanliness of the place is very poor. Even my 3 year old son was pointing out Dead flies and dirt on the ground. Countertop greasy and hadn't been cleaned for sometime. One of the staff working there had long dirty nails and was touching the food with bare hands when serving. The menu online is completely different to the menu in store but items named the same so mass confusion and disappointment when receiving the order. When this was raised it was met with aggression, denial and no apology by the owner. Food it's self was poorly cooked and you can tell the staff and owners have little to no experience in cooking basic fish and chip staples. Cost in above average. Won't be in business for long with this attitude."
"NO STARS!!!! Waste of money! Ordered delivery and waited 90 minutes (expected on a Friday) but the ‘food’ was inedible. The ‘food’ we received that is… can’t rate the rest of our order as we never saw it! Rang them straightaway and was promised a redelivery of missing items… this never came. Spent $80 for a pile of brown and black oily chips… and also being lied to is never fun. AVOID"
