About the Business
Welcome to YiSSA, a short-stay accommodation program located at 55 Batten Road, Marrara, Australia. We cater to independent visitors from remote communities who are in need of a place to stay. Our establishment offers 50 ensuite rooms, which serve as hostel rooms for our independent guests.
In addition to providing accommodation for independent visitors, we also have dedicated rooms for case managed clients through appointed service providers. These rooms are also available for emergency situations such as cyclones and COVID lockdowns. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests and staff, and therefore, we strictly adhere to all health and safety directions given by the NT Government.
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our guests, we include meals in the accommodation price for paying guests. Our staff takes all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe during the ongoing pandemic, and these precautions may vary depending on the local COVID situation.
When visiting YiSSA, all workers, staff, and guests are required to follow the directions provided by our staff and security personnel. We strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels respected and valued. Therefore, guests staying at YiSSA are required to sign an agreement to follow our House Rules, terms and conditions, policy, and procedures.
If you would like to make a booking, please speak to Mission Australia Support Workers in K48 or consult with your Mission Australia Case Coordinator. For walk-in appointments, please visit the relevant room during the specified times.

"No pets but a great place with private rooms. Supervised 24/7 comfortable and safe place to stay. Excellent amenities and facilities. Very clean, and great staff."
"The food is not that good got my kids sick, and customer service isn't that great either and there's suppose to be a kitchenette open to be able to access milk for tea and coffees but we ask them in the cafeteria for extra milk and get told we cannot have any, they got my kids taken off me by Territory family and get told yissa isn't a safe environment for children when there so much kids here and if that was the case why did I get put in here by local communitie services. I wouldn't recommend staying here it's too Pricey"
