"Phoned the landline number on Saturday when they're open between their listed business hours. I asked about their rental vacation clean, they're currently having a "limited time offer" discount. I asked what the normal non discounted price was. The guy started asking why I wanted to know. I declined to tell him why, I said in a polite tone "because I'm asking" and he kept asking after which he said "look it's a Saturday are you going to book in or not". I hung up. If this is the treatment and work ethic to be expected then I'd rather pay twice as much to their competitor than give my business to someone that's so incredibly rude, unprofessional and displays such blatant laziness."
