"Went in for a gas re-fill. Wanted to switch me to a Swap and Go at $38 a bottle as businesses are getting out of re-fills. Paid $46.35 to re-fill my 9kg bottle. Swap and Go was still more expensive then what I normally pay elsewhere"
"Staff are friendly & helpful if the “locals” aren’t pushing in in front of you. Waited at cash register (no one was there), after some minutes someone came to the trade counter & called me over (item & correct cash in hand) but before I could weave through the barricades a “local” pushed in with three items & then started asking advice. He then turned around (I must have sighed too loudly) & started abusing me (mostly about NOT being a local) calling me terrible names. As 68 yo feeling threatened I couldn’t get out of there quick enough! Obviously only hardware for locals - stay away unless you are prepared to be roundly abused after having to wait for service."
