"Good service, good price. Easy to hire and I had no hassles upon return."
"I cannot thank Harrison (Harry) enough for his outstanding customer service, patience and care. After an horrific (Not at fault) car accident, suncorp insurance have been appalling in their assistance with the claim process. Their blatant disregard in my need for a vehicle as a single mother and business owner, needing to do school drop off etc was foul. After several phone calls and hours of time wasted, I told them that Europcar was open on Sunday and has vehicles available. Suncorp called Harry and I was told I could collect a vehicle before they close at 12pm. When I arrived Harry confirmed he was called by suncorp and was awaiting a reservation from their end (this was 2hrs after speaking with suncorp). I proceeded to contact suncorp as I stood in the Europcar reception with Harry. After a 1 hour phone call, blatant lies caught out by suncorp staff and utter idiocy on their end, Harry was able to manually complete the rental car booking. Harry has the patience of a saint and is so incredibly kind in what I can only describe as the worst experience of my life. I can't find the right words to truly show how grateful I am for his understanding and patience yesterday. He stayed beyond closing time due to suncorp staff being completely clueless about their own policies and procedures. Harry, you are an absolute asset to Europcar. Thank you so much!"
"Once you find the entrance you are on your way for some great service. I turned up half an hour early to collect a replacement vehicle under insurance and no problem. It took all of about 5 minutes from the time I arrived to driving out in the assigned vehicle. The staff are very helpful and will have you driving out in your hired vehicle in no time at all. Happy to recommend these guys if you want a hire vehicle. The vehicle was clean and good order that was assigned to me. Put these guys on your list if you need to hire a vehicle."
"Unfortunately I had a poor experience here. Unanswered calls, no call backs despite repeatedly leaving messages, prices quoted and bookings made only to be revoked with flimsy excuses when came to pick up vehicle. Subsequently charged higher price. When queried told I hadn't made a booking because they hadn't entered it on the computer. Asked to speak to manager. Told I would be rung back. Wasn't. When I rang told they didn't have my number but they had rung my son and spoken to him. They had rung but not spoken to him and he had not taken call because he was at work. They only rang once. Made no further effor to get in touch. When I rang manager still wasn't available. Finally rang me and left message. I rang back. Manager unapologetic, unhelpful and gave the impression that they didn't care at all whether they solved the issue or not. Not happy and have complained to central Europcar office. At al time the local staff were polite, just poorly organised, unhelpful and keen to blame everyone but themselves for problems."
