"My sister took my car that needs minor body repair to get a quote as per instructions from insurance company linked with Hertz. The insurance guys specifically mentioned that we should not commit on anything regarding fixing the car with them but just to get a quote first. The very first question the guy at customer service (probably the owner) asked was whether we will use their service to fix the car. Once my sister told exactly what insurance company instructed her, the guy immediately became rude. He said words like "trouble" and also throwing the paper work at my sister rather than handing it over properly. He also refused to cc the quote to my email address and told to follow up with the insurance. I called the insurance about 5 weeks later, and they still have not received the quote from him. Such a RUDE and PATHETIC service!!"
