"The admin staff / customer service staff need to be clear about what Excels hourly rate is. When I called to book a job I was given a rate for a qualified electrician and that was it - no other hourly rate was given even when I double checked. There was no mention of a rate for an apprentice. The lead electrician did a good job was professional and would do well starting his own company, no fault to him. The lead electrician had to do most of the work and most of the fault finding, the apprentice didn’t save time on the job. Got the invoice and was not expecting another hourly rate for an apprentice. I spoke with the company regarding this issue and they don’t seem to care. Just be up front when quoting rates!"
