"The admin staff / customer service staff need to be clear about what Excels hourly rate is. When I called to book a job I was given a rate for a qualified electrician and that was it - no other hourly rate was given even when I double checked. There was no mention of a rate for an apprentice. The lead electrician did a good job was professional and would do well starting his own company, no fault to him. The lead electrician had to do most of the work and most of the fault finding, the apprentice didn’t save time on the job. Got the invoice and was not expecting another hourly rate for an apprentice. I spoke with the company regarding this issue and they don’t seem to care. Just be up front when quoting rates!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Excel Power for a full solar installation, 3x aircons aswell as an outdoor light and powerpoint installation and required switchboard work. They have been impeccable, Jenna does excellent work in the office, prompt email responses and a pleasure to talk to over the phone. Michael did a great job answering any questions I had about solar and explaining the benefits of micro inverters. The solar team did an excellent job and it looks great. Tim and his team did an immaculate job with the aircons and the outdoor light/ powerpoint installation aswell as follow up's. Everyone from Excel Power has been professional and friendly and I look forward to working with them again."
