"Went for a quote for floor coverings, were advised that would get a quote to me in 2 -3 days, however that didn't happen, rang them a week later and they advised another 2-3 days, still no contact, I understand that they may be busy but that type of service or lack of it is disgraceful. Won't be going back ever as there is more than one flooring covering store is Rockingham that wants my business!!.
