"My sister bought Electric Griddle of $79 never used and returned it and get Non stick frypan by paid $20 extra. We use it one time and found it’s too thick for our electric stove as not hold the temperature as we want. Trying to return it but they refused to return as its already returned for Griddle. Not happy because we paid extra for frypan. I thought I will buy soundbar for my smart tv which we bought from here by paid $3000 but she so strict and straight way refused to return when she saw something already being returned. It’s not a good customer services. When you buy something they all happy and smile but while returning I mean look at them face. Very disappointed"

"Twice I have been into this store to look at coffee machines with the intention of buying. Both the ladies that were in that sales section made no attempt to approach me whatsoever. One of them was hunched over a counter on her phone didn’t even look up. The other just ignored. They were not serving anyone else. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again today. I walked around the coffee machines, stopped to look at a couple of them. Waited for help. Nope, same non response, disinterested, no acknowledgment. I went and spent my money at Harvey Norman in Port Kennedy where the service I received was top notch."
