"I wouldnt blame the service department , but whoever worked on my Hilux should b on the chopping board , becasue they rotated tyres under toqrued them did not advise me when or if I should retorque , only find out after i was left with 2 out of 6 wheel nuts on right front tyre as it was wablling. Checked the service report and realised wheels where rotated. to make it worse they tried to blame and put the cost on me. For that reason am not returning to this branch"
