"We applied to build our first home with P&N Bank. Ten weeks later they still had not given final approval and our land owner cancelled our contract. My small family has now lost the opportunity to build our first home due to the complete inaction of this bank. I absolutely do NOT recommend them for home loans to anyone. I can understand some delays due to the building grants available now but 10 weeks with absolutely no regard or a care in the world about our land contract deadlines that were generously extended by the land owner 3 different times is completely unacceptable by any other standard. If they couldn't handle the load, they should not have given us pre-approval making us THINK we'll be able to build with them. Had they not done this we would have been able to go to another bank and get our home built through them."
