The second time is upon finding out a weird sound came out when the clipper was on and tilted right, the assistant tighten something and it seemed to work again. The third time was today when we decided that we wanted a change of clippers as the sound was coming on and off. Though we were slightly disappointed at our exact mod being out of stock, the retail assistant recommended a slightly older model but otherwise same clipper, which we happily exchanged for.
