"May have bought my bike from the Hobart store but these guys really looked after me today. 2nd ride on the bike and first big ride in over 10 years (over 1km, brand new bike) my right peddle started feeling lumpy. Called these guys up and explained the situation. They were more than happy for me to drop the bike off knowing I may not get it back till the end of the week. After a short chat with one of the guys they let me know they were going to sort me same day, weren't going to charge me for the helicoil repair, time to do the job and even gave a discount on new pegs. Love these guys and definitely getting everything push bike from them."
