The only person we got any information from was a phone call to someone in a mainland branch, the only good part of this experience. Had they owned the mistake they made we would have far less furious than what we are after spending hours being given the runaround."

"Noone acknowledged us as we browsed t.vs soundboard and after about 15 minutes had to ask someone sitting at a desk if they could help us with information about some t.vs. They located a very nice salesman named Nick who was very helpful and put our purchases through and assisted me in getting the process in motion for interest free payment card."
