They have a great range at good prices and are always sooo busy when I go in there. May I suggest that perhaps if a customer is unhappy with service, or lack thereof, then sort it in store or give them a call, rather than degrade the personnel and owner. A review like this from Pico Friday, without a right of reply, is just as ugly as the service you say you had received. You are entitles to your opinion, as am I, but I totally disagree with yours and highly recommend anyone to visit the store. Its not a MacDonald's fast food chain, so be prepared to wait if they are busy, you'd be happy you did."

"We came into the store after a friend said they had received great service, waited over half hour to be ignored and not one person checked if we needed a hand, instead you have one serving customers whilst the other after taking a phone call in the same room we were standing in waiting for assistance, going to sit at the computer. Called to speak to the manager who didn't seem to care that customers weren't receiving any assistance nor acknowledge the fact that poor service was being received in his absence. Extremely disappointing as being a local you want to support local businesses and shop locally but with service like this, this is why people shop online."
