"Customer service needs some improvement. I shop locally to support local business even though prices are higher than at alternative locations however I wont accept poor customer service. To be kept waiting in a queue for dispensed scripts "when walk up customers" going straight to the "script drop off area" to be allowed to collect scripts is poor. The off handed response from staff even worse. Need to lift your game."
"My husband and I do our business banking there every day plus this is the only pharmacy we use for filling scripts. I have always found the staff to be so pleasant and helpful. The Pharmacist on Duty is always available if needed for a quick question which gives me great peace of mind."
