"I experienced the worst customer service from the Malay or Singapore accent Chinese female pharmacist. There were two very similar products in same shelf so that I got a wrong one. I found it when I saw the receipt and went back to change to a right one in a minute, as there was no more stock the staff asked that pharmacist to help me to refund. She didn’t ask me anything and did a wrong refund. When I told her it’s wrong she didn’t listen and asked me stop talking. When she checked with the staff what happened, she blamed me and said I didn’t explain clearly. What??? She didn’t listen and give me a second to say anything. She’s very rude and arrogant to me."
