Welcome to Peel Community Legal Services Inc, located at 61B Pinjarra Road in Mandurah, Australia. As an establishment and lawyer, we are a vital point of interest in the Peel region, providing essential legal services to the community.

Peel Community Legal Services (PCLS) was established in July 2004 with the support of the State Government. Since then, we have been fully funded to offer a range of services to the Peel Region. These services include general legal advice, community legal education, advocacy, and law reform opportunities. Our aim is to represent and support the communities in the Peel region.

Building on the work of our formerly volunteer-based service, we have expanded our reach to include an outreach service in areas such as Pinjarra and Waroona. This allows us to provide assistance to a wider population in need.

At Peel Community Legal Services, we offer free legal advice and advocacy support to individuals who meet our eligibility criteria. However, it is important to note that our resources are limited, and we rely on Commonwealth and State government funding to continue offering our services. As a result, we have a limited number of appointments available.

To ensure that our resources are used efficiently and that those in urgent need of assistance are not disadvantaged, we have implemented a Cancellation/No Show policy. This policy applies to clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointments without notice or cancel at very short notice. By adhering to this policy, we can maximize the impact of our services and ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to receive assistance.

We are thrilled to announce our new outreach partner, Allambee Women's Health Service. This collaboration allows us to further support and empower women in the Peel region.
