"Sue and Herculine were managing my daughters settlement and I cannot say anything other than they were grossly incompetent. Sue promised the world and delivered nothing. We had numerous meetings with her regarding her lack of communication and contradictions ( or lies )We  thought we had addressed these  issues and left the meetings  feeling like she had heard our concerns, which was clearly not the case. .
