"Other reviews on here don't do Regen justice. Filling out Paperwork is a policy and essential to the process... I know it's annoying but you'll find that everywhere. Bulk billing is hard anywhere but I was able to be bulked billed by request of my GP. Overall Natalia and the team gave me exactly what I needed, were polite and willing to work with me in my emotional state. As a counselling Student I believe they are perfectly professional and I would/will be referring people to them myself"
