"It’s an ok place if you’re looking for a family doctor. Our doc is very knowledgeable, kind and professional in her field. But rarely available so there’s that. There’s bulk billing. Lots of sitting in the waiting area. Nurses are very helpful and nice as well. But if you can’t make an appointment , even if you had an emergency the night before and spent the entire night and next day in the hospital, you still have to let them know that you can’t make it. Even if it means leaving your sick child alone in the hospital, going home to charge your dead phone to call. Or you’re gonna get a call from an old lady at reception and get told off without giving you a chance to explain. So other than that, it’s an ok place."

"The doctors are fantastic! The receptionists however could do with some training in customer service. They regularly seem to have an attitude problem with "smart" remarks. Almost like they think they're god's gift to humankind."

"Didn't mind it when I first began to attend this practice. Doctor started me on a pain management plan (though never given any forms) to assist with my pain. Then I fell pregnant and I stayed so I had an appointment based GP during pregnancy. Unfortunately throughout my pregnancy I didn't have a 100% positive experience, and then post-birth was taken off all pain meds with no other intervention (yet was happy to prescribe while pregnant). Fast forward nearly 5m and my daughter broke out in a rash. I contacted them to see if they could see her, they said they could get a nurse to call me back in 5-10 minutes to give me advice. Over an hour later I followed up and was assured after one more patient a nurse would contact me....never heard from them! Was not impressed. I wanted to get advice so I didn't clog up the system, but they couldn't even bother following up at all for a 5 month old infant!"

"Dr. Ria Pai has no idea of chronic illnesses, especially Multiple Sclerosis. She deemed me 100% fit for work even after diagnosing me with COPD. She has not handed over my full medical details to my present doctor because this might lead to litigation. I do not rate this doctor, nor could I ever recommend her to anyone who may be in need of medical attention."

"Pathetic! Made an appointment to see dr Poppi, booking all confirmed went to the appointment to be told "oh we have you here only we're not taking new patients could it wait until next week" was called ONCE yesterday which I missed it due to work for my appointment to be cancelled. Take down online bookings if you won't take on new patients!!!!"
