"I recently tried, “tried”, many many times over many weeks to contact the listing agent Greg in regards to a home we were interested in viewing for potential purchase. He never had the decency to return any one of our multiple voice messages and missed phone calls. Mind you, the office staff were no better as each time we had also contacted the office hoping to view the property. If that’s the level of service you get as a potential client, imagine just how poor they’d be if you had actually signed on to list a property with them. I feel sorry for the sellers as they may miss opportunities for higher purchase prices if only the agents were actually interested in doing the right thing by their clients. I would not recommend Seachange Realty to anybody"

"From my experience Seachange Mandurah is the worst, most rudest & most unprofessional property management agency and I do not recommend them unless as a tenant, you are happy to pay rent, say nothing and forfeit your rights as a tenant to seek advice when issues arise that Seachange fail to acknowledge or address. The property managers at Seachange Mandurah repeatedly failed to respond to emails, return phone calls, turn up for property inspection without notification and used intimidating language to achieve their goals to do nothing! They used unauthorised iCloud email addresses and SMS to communicate. They failed to carry out even urgent maintenance (some outstanding 5years+ and itemised on my lease agreement as ‘pending’) until, on information given to me by Fair Trading I served two separate Breach Notifications on Seachange, the property manager & landlord … only then the outstanding issues were addressed within 5 - 14 days. ie I was left without effective air conditioning for 4 months Nov-Feb 22 (our hottest summer on record) and had leaking shower head, taps and reticulation system for 6 months. Despite being an excellent tenant (the property was kept immaculately clean & tidy, gardens vastly improved upon and rent always 6 weeks in advance) the property manager emailed (to an unauthorised email address) to instruct me to vacate at the end of my 12 month lease (despite being told initially by the previous property manager the property was a “forever” lease which would be renewed every 12 months). This is ‘retaliation’ for speaking out. From my experience it is obvious Seachange prefer tenants who don’t report maintenance issues in writing, and happily forfeit their rights as a tenant to seek advise and act on that advice. Once again Seachange and the team live up to their negative reputation outlined in numerous online reviews: I have amended my review because the property manager deemed my previous review as “slanderous” however it was my review of the way I (a 70yo disabled lady who was a property manager previously) was treated by Seachange. I have lodged formal complaints with Consumer Protection / Fair Trading & REIWA! May I suggest if you are having similar issues with Seachange Mandurah you put any concerns ‘in writing’ to Seachange Mandurah so you have evidence and if your concerns are not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, exercise your Rights as a tenant & contact Consumer Protection, Fair Trading and REIWA and / or complete the Online Complaints Form so there is evidence to protect all tenants."

"The most unprofessional real estate ever.!!! Had no ceiling for over 2 months and these guys were so unprofessional and Liza should not be a property manager she is just a lier and very unprofessional and rude !!! If you don’t want your house to get ran down to the dirt DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!! I feel so sorry for the owner of the house we were living in sea change told her nothing that we had reported maintenance wise and they Evan left us with no oven for over 6 weeks"
