"Would not recommend, the staff were incredibly rude and condescending to me during my visit. I was waiting in the store for 10 minutes before I was helped by a staff member. While waiting I actually watched the two staff members who were in walk straight up to customers as soon as they entered the store. The older brunette lady I spoke to with the glasses and fringe was super reluctant to let me try on a ring I had seen in the window and snatched my ID off me. She refused to check if the ring could be resized until I asked her to check on the computer to be sure and as it turned out, the ring could be made in my size. I also asked her if she could give me an update on an order I was waiting for and she bluntly said “no”. Needless to say I thanked for for her time, asked if she could write down the SKU for me so I could purchase from another store and left. Just wish i could give zero stars…"
