"Booked an appointment to get my daughter's ears pierced only to drive 25 minutes and arrive to be told that they won't do it because she's 9 and the lady doesn't feel comfortable doing it one after the other instead of both at once. considering that I told them her age on the phone and now have a very upset daughter and have to drive all the way to Rockingham I am very displeased and will not be back."

"The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Music in store was that loud that I had to cover my ears as it was giving me a headache and the cashier was shouting to be heard over it. Stood in line for a good 5 minutes for the girl to serve 1 person. Was very rude and said another woman that wasn’t even in line was before me. Not to mention she looked like she hadn’t brushed her hair in a week, also the whole store smelled like body odour. Disgusting customer service and won’t ever be going back again."
