"Did a pickup to the boot. After a certain time of day or on weekends we are supposed to go into the main desk but there is no sign posting saying any contrary instructions. Was able to raise attention by ringing the doorbell after a wait for service that didn't come in a timely fashion whilst using the app. I would say a failure. Need to clearly sign post if the routine is varied from what is described in the app. The representative from the store felt they could not make the needed adjustments and were pleased that I would say something to bring this to management's attention."
