"No matter what time of day I've called (I've called in the morning, late afternoon, and evening) , no one ever answers the phone. It just keeps ringing until it hangs up on me. A bit frustrating when I want to double check they have an item in stock before I go there. It's happened many times in a Big W where it states online that an item is in stock but when I go to the store they can't find it. If I'm driving specifically to Big W for an item I would like someone to answer the phone so I can check that they actually have the item available"

"I don’t mind the store but the lady with the brown curly hair that works at the entrance is so rude and had very poor customer service. Went in today to swap 2 x pairs of kids track pants. Found her and waited while she finished talking with a co-worker. I was in a rush and her conversation continued so I said to my kids we’ll go get the sizes and bring them back to her at the checkout which I did. I explained I’d purchased from Joondalup and wanted to swap them for the smaller size. She then says “did you come here first” I said no. Then she said “well you must have come through the front door”. I said yes but you were talking so I went and got them first” Then she says “You could have just grabbed them off the shelf, walked off and come back in”…insinuating I may have stolen the items. I said “I have a receipt” and then she points to the back of the store and says “well you need to go to customer service because that’s how we do it”. This woman needs further training if she is the face of and customer relations for the store. I have my own business for more than 20 years and wouldn’t dream of speaking to a customer like that nor would I employ someone like that. Disgusting. What she should have done was established the facts before acting so offensively. She should have asked if I had my receipt and to head down to the service desk BEFORE insinuating I had stolen them. Sort this out Big W. Her behaviour is appalling"
