He charged us his standard rates even during the Christmas period, and gave us a free ride to and from the airport. You won't get this type of personal service from a car rental chain. I'm glad we were able to go with Wayne, and will do so each time we visit Launceston. The car we got had done a fair distance, but it was very well maintained and did not give us any issues at all."
