Sarah Poulton is a qualified Sensorimotor Art Therapist, specializing in Clay Field Therapy®. With a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology, a Certificate in Initiatic Art Therapy, and a Certificate in Clay Field Therapy®, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

Having worked in human services for over 15 years, Sarah has focused her work on supporting children and teenagers with complex trauma. This has been her passion, and she is excited to now extend her skills to teenagers and adults in the Acute Mental Health unit at the Launceston General Hospital. In her private rooms, she continues to work with individuals seeking healing and personal growth.

Sarah's own personal healing journey led her to art therapy, where she discovered its profound ability to process complex trauma in an empowering manner. Art therapy is a very intuitive process that trusts in the body, and no previous art experience is necessary to benefit from it.
