"If you are a landlord, never use this company if you want to keep the tennants bond for repairs to damage they caused. Abode will also lie about the tennants they are putting in to your property. We were told ours were a professional couple with no children or animals. They had kids 2 dogs and a cat. Also double check any work that they say they are doing as they will charge you for it but not actually do anything. Most expensive and worst property management company ever."
