"Ordered some flowers at the first visit from a very lovely and accommodating lady. However, the lady who attended to us at collection was extremely rude and uninterested. Was so disrespectful even when answering questions and tried to be sarcastic. Was not expecting this experience after spending a few hundred dollars worth of flowers. On top of that, one of the more expensive bunches was wilted and we found the exact same bouquet at Coles and Woolworths for half the price and looked way fresher. Would have overlooked this if we were treated better."
