Our Educational Leader and Early Childhood Teacher have training and experience in social work and working with diverse needs, ensuring that your child receives the best start in life.

With 35 years of experience in the Childcare sector and 19 years as a Service Manager, my passion lies in introducing children to a love of learning. I believe that children learn best through play-based activities and see each child as a unique individual with the capacity to make positive contributions to those around them.

Hi, I'm Jess, the Assistant Service Manager of Busy Bees Baldivis. I believe in valuing and developing each child's strengths, interests, skills, abilities, and knowledge to extend their learning. I provide opportunities for children to explore, discover, create, and imagine, as I believe the environment plays a major role in a child's development.
