At Hearts & Minds Early Learning Baldivis, we pride ourselves on providing a brand-new early learning center built to the highest industry standards. Our dedicated team, led by Centre Director Kellyann, is committed to creating a nurturing and engaging environment for your child's development.
Kellyann, with her diploma in Early Childhood and Education and years of experience, understands the importance of individualized learning. She believes that every child is unique and learns in their own way. Through play and following their interests, we encourage children to explore and expand their knowledge. Our team is constantly reflecting on our practices to ensure we are providing the best support for each child's growth and wellbeing.
As the Service Administrator, Tatum brings her passion for early childhood education and over 10 years of experience to our center. She believes in giving children the best start in life and building strong relationships with both children and families. Tatum understands that each child has their own pace of learning and is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for their development.
Our center emphasizes the importance of outdoor learning and play. We believe that the outdoor environment is just as valuable as the indoor one. Children have the opportunity to explore and learn in nature, fostering their curiosity and connection with the world around them.
When they're not at work, both Kellyann and Tatum enjoy spending time with their families. They understand the importance of family and aim to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all families that walk through our doors.

"We are so happy with the care and service that Hearts & Minds Baldivis provide our two little ones (toddler room & kindy). Management are prompt, helpful and understanding which makes them so easy to deal with. The educators are brilliant! The kids do a number of stimulating activities every day. It is clear that the curriculum is being implemented in a creative, caring way by passionate educators. Finding a daycare that is right for your kids can be a difficult and emotional choice and I honestly can not speak highly enough of this center. It's fresh, well managed, the educators know my children well. I can see what they have been doing throughout the day and I am comfortable that they are receiving the best care and education."
