"Minimal wait time, efficient and experienced doctors, what more could you ask for? If you are fat and unfit and a smoker or heavy drinker ( I fit quite a few of those criteria) then you will be politely told so. Up to you what you do- ask for help or ignore it- no hard feelings on either part!"
"The nurses and doctors are great at this clinic. Only downside is getting them on phone. Very friendly and customer orientated."
"I rang up after getting a referral from my GP. They tell me I have to email through the information, and am told there is over a month long wait currently. I email it through. I wait about a month and a half and ring up just now to be told that I'm not on the system, receptionist looks up my email, confirms I sent it to the right address and nobody processed it. I sarcastically say so I'm going to have to wait another two months to get an appointment and they say they don't think it will be that long. She looks up the calendar and tells me there are no spots available until the end of June. I say, so I was right then, two months. She has the gall to say no to that and claim she has too many people there at the desk to deal with this now and tells me someone will ring this coming Monday or Tuesday. Monday being a public holiday. So their response to failing to properly attend to clients is to fob off the client that they've already screwed over."
"Helpful staff. The rooms are clean. The waiting area is a bit smallish but ok when I went for a visit. Location is also very convenient. This is a private medical practice so seeing doctors is not cheap."
