They have practically everything a city pharmacy has & if they don't have the specific item you want, they'll order it in!"

"In last week I have been many businesses. Noone wearing masks. Went to your chemist, was in there for quite a while, tried on all reading and sun glasses, used makeup testers. Noone asked me if I needed a hand which I found strange. After 15 minutes browsing, assistant approached, I smiled, she scolded. She asked where my mask was. I said can i purchase these items in my hands, no she said growlingly. Ok, I put them down, walked toward door, she then shouted, "have a nice rest of the day won't you" sarcastically. I got in my car and reflected for a few minutes. Why was she not nice to me? I don't listen to news, I am not anti anything. I just simply did not know. Please be kind to your customers, we are all in this together."
"I have only recently begun to make use of this very excellent pharmacy. I should have started doing so long ago. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and the pharmacist is very helpful, knowledgeable and nothing but kindness itself. Even though I am situated a little way out of Westbury I was offered delivery of medications if ever I get stuck or a little too crook to get there in person. Such customer oriented care is getting to be a rarity these days ~ but not at this establishment. This is a Chemist that reminds me of how things used to be: friendly, community oriented, excellent service and a resource for all manner of information regarding the medications that you might be having to take."
