"We have used the flight transfers and boarding twice now for our dog, and the service is absolutely fantastic. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. They give you a courtesy call you once they have your pet settled in, and this last visit the lovely manager Daniel even sent me photos! Such a beautiful extra touch, especially when you're anxious about your furry friend after a long flight. They also had a little "report card" with notes about how your pet has been travelling during the visit! What a fabulous thing! You can really tell that the staff are passionate about what they do. The flight transfers have always been absolutely seamless as well. I cannot recommend Hanrob Pet Hotel highly enough. Thank you Daniel and team and well done on building such a wonderful, caring business."

"I was very nervous and cautious to leave my little guy at a place he wasn’t familiar with and that had lots of new faces. The nervous feeling, I had quickly disappeared. I instantly felt good about leaving my dog (Wally) with the team at Hanrob from the minute I walked through the door being greeted by a team with friendly faces and enthusiasm. I particularly enjoyed the daily posts on the Facebook page these would help ease myself seeing him happy playing and interacting with others. The service is well equipped with plenty of toys… as my dog is a toy specialist, he was very pleased about this. On pick up Wally was happy to see me, but I could tell he was very loved and well looked after by the team as he walked around getting last cuddles and pats. The team were always happy to respond to any questions I had and were very prompt in the email responses. I know for sure that the team at Hanrob are kind, passionate and caring, I will definitely be bringing my Wally boy back for future stays. "I have had the best experience with Hanrob Darwin. My boy, a wolfhound cross has medical issues. He is a beautiful boy who needs meds to survive. At two other kennels he had to be rushed to the vet for extended stay because the kennels did not listen to nor read my written instructions. I was cautious when I booked him with Hanrob. From the outset I was made to feel comfortable. They listened, they made notes and when they picked the boy up i was instantly impressed with the professionalism displayed by their manager Mr Lay. He put me at ease. Whilst away I received photographs and updates and for the first time in a long time I believed my vet wouldn’t be booking her holiday after I get back I cannot recommend Hanrob Darwin enough. I have found my forever kennel for the boy. I was concerned that he wouldn’t want to come home he was so happy WELL DONE MR LAY AND YOUR MAGNIFICENT STAFF the boy will definitely be back when I have to travel"
