Very responsive when talking before the sale, but once the money has moved, no help. Also refuse to refund. Look to other competitors such as Bote."

I dealt with their customer service Kristine and it was up there with some of the best customer service I have ever received. "Have had a very poor experience with Bay Sports. Waited 3 month for my order of a kayak, informed each month it was on its way at a given date. It never showed up and was always told someone ordered before me and I had to wait another month. After the 3rd. month being given same story and told to wait another month I asked for a refund. They only get 1 star because they refunded promptly. Awful service, communication and lies. will never deal with them again. PS. I'm not blaming the Perth branch they tried to help its my dealings with the NSW office where the problems were."
