"Absolutely disgusting customer service Team members kaylea?? Who even knows- and shenay (neither wearing name tags) who were running the shop were condescending and rude. Items were ticketed wrong and when we requested the price on the ticket we were told no. We were then swarmed by team members that were then rude and harassing us about technicalities. 6/3/23 They admitted a fault in their ticketing process and then told us in the same sentence we were wrong. Not only were they rude but they made us feel intimidated by so many team members being around. We didn’t do anything wrong and were treated as if we were stealing Over $20 you’ve lost a $250 sale and us for good as customers"
