"I bought counterfeit dos (uno sequal) cards from the store. Had to remove the plastic around the cards to actually see the face of the cards. The printing was patchy and the colours were different on some cards. The cards were also low quality and the paper flaked off when shuffled. Went in to return the cards and got a lot of sass from the lady at the counter. At first she told me I couldn't return the cards because I had removed the plastic. I then told her I couldn't possibly tell that the cards were awfully printed if I couldn't see them. She begrudgingly offered me a refund. I am glad that I recieved the refund but I would appreciate if the lady at the store was more willing to listen to me before arguing with me."
