"Exceptional service and open minded kindness. Sometimes the baked sweets and potatoes are not good but their cooked chips are great and they have friendly staff. A great resource for the city to have it be 24/7 open hours."
"Where’s Mood Foods awesome coffee gone. I’ve had great coffee here I’ve terrible coffee here. It’s inconsistent. Inconsistency is something u must avoid. People hate it and they don’t like to say something, they’ll just go elsewhere. I’ve had numerous cappuccinos with hardly any milk in them (mostly froth). I’ve dared to asked for the correct amount of milk and looked upon like I’m the wrong doer. I think the problem is unpreparedness. Namely not heating up enough milk for 2 Capps. So the server thinks they can get away with topping up the cup with froth. Of course the deception is immediately noticed when u lift the paper cup. Also take away coffee has a lid, so making it look like it’s full is just folly. The coffee can be great. So the bean is good, milk is milk and sugar is sugar. Which means it’s a management problem. You probably rarely test your own product. Testing your own product doesn’t mean u get the best person to make u a coffee. Do you actively hire baristas? Do you do on the job training with follow up testing and training? Do you know who makes the best and worst coffee and what do you do about that information? I’d advise you do mystery shoppers asking for single and multiple orders of everything under the sun and see what comes back. The coffee market is a lucrative one, it’s not a sideline item it’s a frontline item."
"Damien the worker is a bloody legend. The food is awesome. The service is excellent from all stuff and overall it always satisfies my mood if I’m in the mood for food!"
"This place is incredible! Walking home on Friday night after all the restaurants had closed, our eyes popped out in disbelief when we saw the amazing deli full of delicious precooked meals. We had the lasagna (did someone's nonna make this?) but the pies, salads and curries looked great too. The grocery store is a hipster's dream, with craft beers, artisan coffee beans and organic foods – vegan deserts to boot!? Without a doubt a better range than anywhere in Melbourne at 11pm ... or possibly any time. The staff were really lovely too!"
