Reviews
"I arrived very late the first night and leave very early so I couldn't talk to reception, but I send an email that was never replied. The room seemed ok, but there were little cockroaches in the floor and found one in the bed. I wouldn't write this review, but they never replied to me. I didn't ask a refund or anything, I just wanted to let them know, but they just didn't care."
"When we first booked in, we got a lovely greeting. When I returned the keys, they looked at me with no smile, then looked down with no acknowledgement. All rooms were VERY dusty. Some cutlery and crockery weren't in the rooms. Tea towels yoy lacked as well. Employ someone who knows how to clean. Makes our stay more pleasant when our rooms are and the facilities are all there. Smile when someone enters the office. That helps, too. At least you had a pool and barbecue"
"Wouldn't call this place a Resort my wife and myself where put into uncleaned room they say pet friendly our pet was fine when we where paying almost $1200 P/week as soon as we moved into a cheaper room our dog was no longer welcome they said we had to leave because the dog was in pool area after having with us in there when paying $1200 we were paid up until the following Thursday they told us we had to leave Sunday and where only going to receive $100 they are all Snake Chalmers was good when was the lepricorn but snake Chalmers very suspicious activity letting kids in gate next to bp after dark worst place to stay in Darwin definitely not a resort watch out for Gardner and the bloke with squiggly hair who lives upstairs close to gate letting Young kids in after dark SUSPICIOUS they don't even deserve 1 star what kind Resort dose this"
"Budget accommodation located in an industrial area of Darwin. Check the location before booking as it is a 15 minute cab drive from the airport. Very little in the area in terms of food or grocery options. The facilities were basic and were presented in need of deeper cleaning. Shower in the room I stayed in barely got warm and the bathroom door locks if you're not careful. Dual fans and A/C units work well and are an essential comfort in this climate. Gates are locked after dark for security and require the single magnetic key pass to operate. Unfortunately this is a necessary precaution in this area."
"We stayed here for 5 nights in the budget queen room. The only thing that was clean in this room was the sheets, the towels and the plates. The rest of the room was filthy - the corners of the floor were black, any surfaces were dusty, the ceiling fan had black dust stuck to it (as in it has not been cleaned in years), the shower had black mould growing on the tiles. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided, but the housekeeping did not occur and when requesting it, we were provided with a sponge and dishwashing liquid so we had to clean our own dishes in the bathroom sink. Anything else but a resort!"
